Also last paragraph: what I want to know is how someone making $25/hr at Nissan in TN, has their 5 BR home already paid for, take trips to Nassau, has new cars, and plans to retire at 55? I messed up somewhere! Of course my house is not paid for because I refinanced 2-3 times to pay for kid's college. But still...
